My Fat Loss 4 Idiots Success Story

If you're like me then you've struggled with low calorie, low fat, and low carb diets in the past and never had any real success with them. I was just about ready to give up on ever losing weight when I kept hearing about how great this new online diet plan Fat Loss 4 Idiots is.

I went to their website and I saw that it wasn't just another low calorie, low fat, or low carb diet, it was something new. One of their slogans is "Food Is Not The Enemy" and I like that because I love food! Instead of making certain foods off limits, they say the key to weight loss is when you eat, not what you eat. I've seen the advertisement online for months and thought it was just another weight loss dieting scam. How could this work? Before I spent all of my time couting calories and taking foods that I loved out my diet. I thought this would be the only way to lose weight, I thought I had to suffer in order to successfully lose weight.

Finally, in June of 2008 two months before our annual family reunion in Cancun I was desperate to lose 30 lbs. I hadn't seen some of my distant family in almost five years and in that time I had gained so much weight that I didn't want to be seen. I considered not going, but my plane ticket was bought and my hotel room was reserved, if I cancelled I would lose all that money.

That is when I started Fat Loss 4 Idiots and my life changed forever. I used the personalized diet generator on June 1st, I was asked to select from a list of foods that I loved and they create a diet plan full of foods that I loved! At that moment, I knew this would be a program that I could stick with. That day I went to the store and stocked up on everything I needed that week the be successful.

On Monday June 2nd 2008 I started Fat Loss 4 Idiots and I will never forget that day. I weighed myself that morning and I was 165 lbs. I couldn't believe it, how did I let myself get to this point? In highschool I weighed 125 lbs and in college about 130 and now in my early 30's I'm all the way in the 160's. I did not want to be in Cancun wearing a bathing suit at 165 pounds! No way!

My very first week of following the program I felt more energetic than I had felt in a very long time. Before the program I was moody and sluggish, I never felt like I could get anything done. Now, I not only looking like a different person, but I felt different two.

On June 12th I weighed myself again and I couldn't believe my eyes. I'd waited all week to weigh myself because I just couldn't handle NOT seeing a weight loss. But, on that 11th day I weighed in at 156lbs. Just 11 days later and I had already lost 9lbs! I was so stoked to continue.

The program allowed me to take a couple of days off, which was really hard to do. I thought I would gain all the weight back, but I didn't! I started following my personalized program again on the 15th and kept going until June 26th. By this time people were starting to ask my questions "are you losing weight?" or "wow! you look amazing, what have you been doing?"

I was at 147, and feeling so much more confident about myself and looking forward to my trip to Cancun in August. I kept following the program steadily all summer long and by my trip on Agust 5th I weight in at 135 lbs!
